Math
My mathematicians are working hard on number sense, addition story problems, as well as adding and subtracting.  They are doing a fantastic job working together and explaining their work to the class!

Johnny Appleseed Day

What a FANTASTIC FRIDAY we all had!
We spent the day learning about Johnny Appleseed and apples.  Students moved around from class to class, making applesauce, tasting apples, and learning.  In the afternoon, we made a Johnny Appleseed puppet and ate our delicious applesauce.  It was wonderful!
